What happened this week:
A fire drill on Monday and our Grade 5 girls’ first handball game on Tuesday. The boys had handball practice today at lunch, and a huge thank you to all the parents who volunteered their time for Subway day today!
Our grade 5 Peer Helpers have been running activities every lunch recess, for the past two weeks. All students are invited to JOIN-IN. There has been relay races, chalk, tag and drawing. If your child is searching for a group of friends, doesn’t know what to play or simply wants to play with a group, please encourage them to join the group. Bravo Peer Helpers!
What’s happening next week:
Tuesday is Halloween! Students are welcome to wear their costumes to school, but please remember no masks or weapons and only 3 drops of blood (some of our younger students find these items very scary). On Wednesday Divisions 7 and 5 will be skating at Seaparc, and Divisions 1 and 3 will be swimming. Thursday and Friday Handball practices continue at lunch recess.
All of the lost and found has been washed, posted on the PAC Facebook page and rehung. It will be put away at the end of this week, so please check it before next Friday!
