 What happened last week:

Busy, busy, busy!  Divisions 1 and 3 very much enjoyed their tour of Chinatown on Monday.  Tuesday, Divisions 10, 12, 13, and 14 had a great time at French beach, and meanwhile our kindergarteners had a picnic at Broomhill park.  Grades 4 and 5 didn’t let the rain slow them down one iota during their time at Camp Thunderbird and came back today, tired but happy!

Beach day notices are going home today, and are also attached to this email.  Please sign the permission form and return it to their classroom teachers by next Tuesday if your student will be participating.

What’s happening next week:

Divisions 1 and 3 will be touring Ross Bay Cemetery on Monday, and Divisions 6, 8, and 9 are off to Broomhill park on Tuesday.  On Wednesday divisions 5, 7, and 11 will be visiting French Beach, and finally on Friday the whole school will join in for Fun Day!

Just a reminder that Poirier’s last PAC meeting of the school year will be held this Tuesday at 7pm, and the Agenda includes next year’s PAC budget.  All of our Poirier Parents are invited to join in!
